A great jowl and NECK toning device I’ve recommended to EVERYONE is a little device called the FacialFlex® Ultra. It’s UNDER $30 at QVC.com and it helps firm the muscles in the jowl and jaw area all the way up to the temples and down the side of the neck.
I keep mine in my purse and do 120 reps while driving in my car.
There are also a couple of great muscle toning facial exercises listed in my book. This is a great one you can do in the car too!! All you do is wrap your lips around your upper and lower teeth, then try to smile and hold for 30 seconds, then repeat five to 10 times.

i was planning to buy the suzanne somers electronic facial toner,its way more pricey,which would u recommend for results?
Hi Bridget: Suzanne Somers offers the FaceMaster which is a micro-current device. I have written about and personally tried micro-current, and though it takes a little time, you need to use gel and have to follow a routine that takes 25 minutes, I prefer LED Light Therapy for rejuvenating the skin. But I think SS micro-current unit is a good deal and similiar to the professional units that use probes. But for those those who want to tighten the muscles around the jowls, the $30 Facial Flex Ultra is affordable.
